Shopping centers charging to wrap presents?

As much as I think this is a good idea, I walked passed the stall today and they are charging:

£1 for small gift
£2 for medium
£3 for large

Is it just me or is this very overpriced? They had a que, but guess what - they were ALL MEN!

I must have wrapped say 100 presents with all the little bits. So that would have cost me between £100-300 if I had paid somebody!

our shopping centre has a gift wrapping thing with the money going to charity - suggested donation £1 per item.

Fair enough I think for people who can afford it and can't/don't want to do it themselves.

I like wrapping presents personally.

If it were cheaper than I would be happy to let them do it. I was expecting it to be less TBH
