anyone make the chilli jam?
i made 1 lot and it set really well, thick and like jame, but the next lot i made has set a bit but is more like a thick honey now. what did i do wrong??

I thought the chilli jam recipe was crap, she told you to boil it for 10 mins or something daft, it needs boiling for ages, I reckon I boiled mine for over an hour. Tastes fab though. Also, you deffo need to use jam sugar.
You could try reboiling it

maybe i can empty it out of jats and reboil it then.. i did use the jam sugar.
i tasted some of the first lot and it was gorgeous mmmmmmmmmm
cant wait to open it
