  1. The longest you have sent Xmas card to someone you have not seen for years?
  2. The longest you have received cards from someone you have not seen for ages?
  3. Roughly what % of family cards you write, and what % your dp or dh?
  4. Do you write cards to his friends/family on his behalf?
  5. Your most ridiculous Xmas card situation?

My answers -

  2. 10 years - same.
  3. Me 75%, him 25%.
  4. No way.
  5. Giving a card to neighbours who are only on nodding terms, because they give one to us.

  1. The longest you have sent Xmas card to someone you have not seen for years? i think I sent one to someone I've not seen for about 7 years, but they also reply to me, and have talked on the phone about 4 years ago.
  2. The longest you have received cards from someone you have not seen for ages? see above
  3. Roughly what % of family cards you write, and what % your dp or dh? I do my friends and my family he does his, this means I do them all, as he has very little family, and even less friends. I do send to his Mum though, in my name and DS (grandson) only.
  4. Do you write cards to his friends/family on his behalf? No, but put "D"Ps name on some of mine, only if he actually knows the people.
  5. Your most ridiculous Xmas card situation? DS friend in revception sent him 6, yes 6 cards; even the handwriting was identical, we could recognise from the outside, "ohoh here's another from friendlyboy"

OMG, I've just regressed 3 years ! DS is not in reception, he's in yr3, which probably makes it funnier.
