It's Swedish, it was from Netto's. It's a 'fotbad' instead of footbath due to its country of birth. It says 'Melissa' on it and has a picture of a blissfully happy woman who has peachy soft feet. She truly looks like she has had the cares of the world vibrated and washed away.

It's just a cheapy thing that vibrates and tickles. But it does the job.
