I thought I'd have a go, having seen a gorgeous one in a shop this morning - you know the kind with a lovely spread of dried and candied fruit on top, all somehow stuck down and glazed into submission.
Anyone know how I can do this? It'll be for a present, and I don't want the bits to fall off!
