dd2 was 9 months at xmas and we bought her a wooden walker (the old fashinoed style, with blocks in a tray and a handle on)

SnowballsintheSky · 16/12/2008 21:47

DD is 11mo but it is Night Garden --hell- heaven here. She has a little wooden ITNG ride on, a dancing Igglepiggle, the ITNG bandstand shape sorter thing, a giant Upsy Daisy, ITNG cd and some of those That's Not My... books. To be fair, some of that will be for her birthday in early Jan and I will dilute it with some bath toys and more books I think.

Sorry, not much help to anyone whose DC is not ITNG obsessed!

Watching with interest... we have got DD some bits for her stocking, but nothing big.

dd is 8 months

the wooden cube thing with beads and stuff from Toys R Us which is £35-40, reduced to £19.99. this
Says it's for 18 months plus but dd saw it at a play centre and loved it.

DD (11 months) is obsessed with my torch (little metal one with a strap) so I am just relinquishing that for Christmas. She drags it around everywhere with her. DH took her for a walk the other day and said she looked vaguely uncomfortable the whole time they were out, and when he got home and undressed her for her bath, the torch fell out of her clothes.

We have most stuff she could possibly use left over from DS, but she's getting Galt soft photo album and ELC stacking cups (we unaccountably failed to get stacking cups last time).

blinks · 17/12/2008 00:39

emmmmm, nothing.

PortAndStilton · 17/12/2008 00:42

If you're looking for ideas, she likes the Leapfrog Learning Table that DS had for his first birthday.

Ready4anotherCoffee · 17/12/2008 01:51

She's having her siblings discarded wrapping paper. Isn't that enough?

S1ur · 17/12/2008 01:53

Mobile phone - only PAYG though, don't want her running up a big bill.

sunnyshine · 17/12/2008 09:43

port and stilton, they are the two things i have got too! will see what else i can think of! thanks
