and am debating whether to cut the stress of just me spending hours making a dinner or order in from M&S,and have more of an enjoyable day but obv will cost more.

the food does look bloomin gorgeous tho!!!

those of you that have done and do order from M&S food at xmas,is it worth it and also what is nice.

DH btw has said its up to me and doesnt mind if i do but can i justify the expense?

TIA

we had turkey from M&S last year, and we're doing it again this year, it was lovely and made Christmas dinner very easy - just made 3 veg, roasties, gravy, bread sauce, set the table, lit the candles - that was plenty tbh!

we had the turkey thing that's £32 (I think) - it might be a crown - that's because there's only 3 of us. Thoroughly recommend it.

I must say that neither dh nor I is a great cook, so i'm sure if you are a fab cook you could do better, but it was so simple...

I tend to buy it all ready made from Waitrose. Costs a bleeding fortune but saves stress and aggro and peeling when you could be opening pressies and drinking bubbly with the family.

Worth it one day a year? Food snobs will demur of course but it depends how low high your standards are

Oh well, at least it saved you standing in the queue for a hour and half to collect it
