The Worst EVER Turkey Dinner Awards

Can I nominate Frankie & Bennys? I went out with work for our Xmas lunch yesterday and had pre-ordered the roast turkey.

It came up:

swimming in gravy
the mashed potato tasted processed
the stuffing was soggy
the turkey was tough and appeared to have been boiled.

It was appalling.

Christmas pate was bland but okay - the "toast" was floppy and had only been done one side. (They DID make us some more when we pointed this out).
The Christmas Pudding was too dry.

Okay I should have known better than to enter an American Italian chain and expect a "good" Xmas dinner but for nearly £18 I expected better than that.

Can anyone top this?

Or am I defaming F&B's good name and getting MN into trouble?

No, i think their kids meals are great and so are their pizza's but anything else is just expensive and rubbish.
The worst xmas meal we had out was at our local pub. The whole meal was dire, but the worst thing for me was the sherry trifle. Who'd have thought you could mess up a trifle?

Should have stuck to steak/burger/fries/fried chicken - things they do well.
