How do I find out if DD still believes in Father Christmas?

I mean, really believes? She's 10 fgs. Surely she's just hedging her bets in case she doesn't end up with any presents?
Any tips about finding out for sure welcome.

ask her what does she want off FC this year ...could you not tell by her reaction? even if she answers the question will she maybe have a smirk?

maybe ask what do her friends want off santa

I think at 10 I would maybe tell her anyway, but thats just me !

Why do you need to find out? DD2 and 3 believed until they were 11. DD1 worked it out at 7.5.
They are now 21.19 and 16 and still like to pretend they believe.

I don't see why you need to know-it won't make any difference to the presents will it? Those who don't believe still want a stocking, I find.

Just don't have the conversation! My dd is 13 and I still refer to Father Christmas and still get her a stocking! Of course she's humouring me, but so what?

I was 21 and still living with my parents. My dad would knock on my bedroom door come Christmas morning and say "Come on, he's been!"

My dd was about 11 when the Santa thing fizzled out, but she still keeps it going for her little brother, and he's 8.

My mother said I was too old for a stocking at 21!

My daughter's boyfriend is staying this Christmas Eve. He's not had a stocking before and dd requested that we do one for him.

I said ok, as long as he realises he is NOT getting into my bed to open it (both the children used to run into our room with their stockings and open them while we gradually woke up)
