What edible gifts will store for 2 weeks?

I'm making hampers for some loved ones this year and wondering what I can make with my children that will store for a couple of weeks. I've got jars of chutney so far, going to put a box of eggs (laid by our hens) in.

I also thought of

  • truffles (will get them out of the fridge at the last minute, but how long will they stay in the fridge for?)
  • stained glass biscuits (how long before can we make them?)
  • little fruit cakes (I know these'll last for ages)

Any other ideas?

Thanks

Lemon curd should be OK if kept in the fridge and you could do jars of homemade cranberry sauce, though these too probably not the greatest recipes to make with kids, depending on how old they are.

Flavoured oils? Like Chilli and herb or summat?
