I think thats the one anyway. It has got a recipe in it for chocolate fudge which has cream cheese as an ingredient. If you have it could I please have the recipe ?

Little Lapin is an Usborne Book organiser (sorry LL if that is not the correct title), perhaps if you ask her very nicely?

to make 36 squares:

75g full fat cream cheese
350g icing sugar
1 tblspn cocoa powder
1/2 tsp oil for wiping
75g plain chocolate drops
40g butter

6" square cake tin
greaseproof paper

line tin
wipe with oil

mix cream cheese, icing sugar and cocoa
melt chocolate
stir 1 spoonful of cream cheese mix into chocolate and then pour chocolate into cheese mixture.

beat until creamy, spread into tin. Chill for 2 hours
