Has anyone ordered anything online from Boots?

I was given a delivery date of Friday - no sign of it. Am starting to get stressed!

I WAS GIVEN A DAY OF wEDNEsday and the item turned up on Tuesday - sorry that probably doesn't help, but they obviously are not quite organized.

I've never had any problems with Boots, usually item is delievered early.

I would ring. Have you had an email saying the parcel has been dispatched? If so, phone the courier instead.

same as firsttimemmama - my item came a day earlier....

if you ordered online then you can check status - also they email when it has been despathced (usually)
