Long shot but... Sylvanian brass band?

Oh dear.
My rather sweet but impractical 10-yr-old desperately wants a Sylvanian Families brass band particularly the tuba! for Christmas. Looks to me like it was once the special offer in a magazine and now no longer exists new. I can't find it secondhand on ebay. Anyone have any ideas?

Have you tried contacting sylvanianfamilies.com who run the collectors' magazine?
