Just done this for our boys, make sure you put other country when it asks for which canadian state and put in child's photo, works really well if your child's name is on the list and still is fine if it's not as you see the name in his book.

thats so cool. i just did one each for ds2 and the girls. ds2 (7) thought it was fantastic, he was almost in tears, christmas is so magical for them at this age.

I've just made a huge blunder though, collected DD from school, couldn't wait to show it to her, and Father Chroitmas said " You are five" and she says" no I'm not 5 Mummy I'm 4, Father Christmas has got the wrong person" and started to cry!!!
I had to quickly "email" him to set the record straight.
whoops.

just played it for ds and dd. ds (5) just sort of sat, open mouthed, it was lovely and makes it all the more magical for them dd (2) just held her big brothers hand while her video was playing 1,2,3 awww!

even ds who is 11 really liked it
