DS1 has 'dictated' his santa letter. Now help me find 2 light sabres and a monkey costume!

DS1 is 4. He wants a light sabre
DS2 is 18 months, his brother has decided he would like a light sabre also, and a monkey costume??

i'm not sure DS2 is bothered about either and actually we've got his gifts sorted but we have to get these things if DS1 is going to believe in santa, right?

Please point me in the direction of the light sabre and monkey costume website?

TIA

I've seen light sabres in JL, but they were super deluxe ones.

tissy, you are genius.

I saw light sabres in Woolworths today, get them while you can!
Also ToysRUs probably have them
A monkey costume will probably be a bit more difficult, maybe this?

monkey tabard. May be a bit big for an 18mo

ToysRUs have nice light sabres at a fiver, they are v cheap and cheerful, you press a button and 'flick' them out to full length.

they also sell a Collector's Edition fullon light sabre that probably makes a swishy sound, at £59.99.

so i suspect that it is really the 4 year olds who would like a monkey costume. and the 18 month old will scream if we try to dress him in one anyway.

so do you think we should order a larger one, so that DS1 can play with it now and DS2 can play with it when he gets to the same age?

thanks all

I bought two light sabres in our coop toy shop - a' pulsing beam'- different ones are named after the different star war charachters. They were £25 full price, I got 20% off.

Light sabres in Asda in different colours (so they would know which was which) for a fiver.

ok, have ordered the monkey costume in a bigger size and will pop into toys r us or asda and get some cheap lightsabers

note: that i am not spelling it lightsabER and not sabRE. i have been educated this evening.

brilliant. thanks.
