For me actually...DH got me a DS last year but not used it much. I have Brain Training and Who Want to Be a Millionnaire.
What else is good?

zelda phantom hourglass is fab, so is brain training 2,and left or right ambidextrous challenge.myst is quite good but it is REALLY DIFFICULT so only if your up for a challenge. avoid paint by ds ...its utter cr*p!
