could be hormones. Anyway bought a second hand Sylvanian families school house from ebay for about £28 inc p and p. It was described as in good condition. It is okay but very dusty and bits missing which is annoying. I am very disappointed with it and wish I had just paid the £45 for a new one. My DH doesn't like it (it's for our 4.5 DD1) and thinks she will be disappoint with it. I want to return it but feel a bit cheeky doing that on ebay. The main problem is our DD1 has told us dozens of things she would like but it changes daily. MY FIL has bought her a dolls house and this has ruled out a few ideas like a fairy castle and anything big due to space. Anyway a bit garbled. What would you do?

How many bits missing? If several and not mentioned on the listing then I'd probably ask to return it for a refund.

i'd resell on ebay pronto! and be honest

If not as described then you are entitled to return for a refund.
We did this last year with a Buzz lightyear toy for ds that had a cracked helmet, not mentioned in description

Think I might go for the resell and make some money back.

email the seller, say you aren't happy about the missing parts, and ask for a discount via a partial refund. This is better than returning it as you don't lose out on postage.

Then resell it, accurately described, and you will hopefully have covered your loss.
