Finished shopping two weeks ago ,but I am now stressing thst the dc do not have enough and am panic buying stuff .

I end up doing this every year I stick to a budget and start early and usually manage to get all the stuff I know they will like then panic buy small gifts especially if things are on sale .

Anyone else do this or is it just me ?

erm no. I get the presents and that's it.
but then, my children have an obscene amount of toys, and I loathe buying more stuff for them, so I find it quite easy not to!

I buy stuff in sales to use for birthdays throughout the year thoutgh

I try not too because if i buy something extra for one child then I have to do it for all of them else their piles aren't equal

I am inclined to do this, too, yes ...but I am trying to be really strict this year. I bought a few bits in the pound shop and in Sainsbury's pre-Xmas sale the other day on a whim, but am steering well clear of toy shops!

Yes, I do this too. I tend to get caught up in the general shopping frenzy when I see everybody else buying.

I'm not panic buying, but I am panic pacing the lounge!

I've turned into a professional stalker of postmen. I've done most of the shopping on-line and now I'm just waiting for the deliveries which is coming in DRIBS AND DRABS.
