Tridias do some good things, though I don't think the prices are much different.

BTW, we got DD a logiblocs kit a couple of xmases ago but sent it back as several blocks didn't work. Got Hot Wires electronics kit instead. [made by John Adams. They also make the chemistry set DD is gettign this year. was cheaper at Bright minds than some other web sites. Anyway, "John Adams" could be worth a google to see where has their stuff at what price.

Our local garden centre does , Hawklins Bazaar perhaps.

Our local toy shop has all that stuff and they price match. They are the Thomas Moore franchise I think.
