That card thingy for the nintendo ds lite.......????

There was a thread on here about the ds lite, i can't seem to find it now.... Someone mentioned about a card you can buy and also put a link to it, i think, so that you can download games. Was it called topcard..or something??
Anyone remember??

My niece has this and BIL has downloaded loads of stuff onto it including an ipod simulation music player - very cool.
