What to get my secret santa at work??

I have absolutely no idea what to get for my colleague, I'm pretty sure I have picked the hardest team member to buy for. She has bad psoriasis so doesn't wear any perfume/body lotion and is diabetic. I'm also don't think she drinks.

She is around 60 years old and I was thinking a scraf or keyring or something, but I don't want it to be utterly boring either. The limit is £10. What can I buy??

Does she drink tea or coffee during the day. How about a beautiful mug or cup?

Nightmare. We do Secret Santa in the office and every year somebody thinks that I'm just dying to receive another box of willy-shaped chocolates.
Does she knit or sew? A couple of balls of lovely knitting wool, shiny threads, glass headed pins...that kind of thing.
You could probably pick up a pretty photo frame for a tenner in Accessorize, I've got those in the past for difficult people and they go down well. They also usually do beautiful sparkly pens with little tiny mirrors and beads attached which are quite special.
Paperchase is another good source of cheap and pretty things.
Good luck!

Potted bulbs - hyacinths or narcissus.

Do you have any spare Tesco clubcard vouchers - they have some good magazine subscriptions for around £10.

Ooh, some really good ideas here, thank you.

Problem is I really don't know all that much about her likes or dislikes.

I think the photoframe idea might be a goer though, I'll have a shop around
