I buy one huge box of chocs for all the staff in DD's nursery room

I do it as a token gift, I couldn't afford to buy them all something nor would I want to as thats getting a bit silly

I think its nice you're sending something at all

Weeteeny · 03/12/2008 15:04

I think it is fine, in fact generous

girlandboy · 03/12/2008 15:04

Sounds fine to me!

In fact, I'm glad you reminded me

oh good, he's in reception and that's what I always did at nursery but wasn't sure if I needed to get individual things!

yes really good, one of my faves as a teacher. just be sure to send it in in plenty of time so they have chance to eat them!

OhYouMerryMerryKitten · 04/12/2008 12:15

Thats fine

This year after hearing hissed complaints about the quality of coffee in the staff room cos half the staff arent paying up their coffee money I'm going to get them a big jar of good quality coffee. That should ease staff room tensions some what!

I'm doing that as dd1 is in reception and her school mix the 2 classes up when doing different activities (they work in groups of no more then 10 children)so it there are 8 teachers and teaching assistants to buy for.

ja9ladiesdancing · 04/12/2008 17:57

Sounds lovel. Will be a welcome addition to the staff rm.

newmumtobe84 · 05/12/2008 21:26

Fab idea, can be shared in staff room! (I always put on lots of weight in the staff room at this time of year!)
