DS was given one of these in the summer. It's like a hard ball, with another floating ball inside it, that looks like a disembodied eye, and always faces upwards. When you bang it, it flashes bright colours. All visiting children love it, and I'd like to get some for little friends - does anyone know what I mean, or where I might get it? searching for flashing eye on google just gets me illnesses!
