Use them to decorate the place!

Hmm

Lol, yes that is what I was thinking, but I wanted to do a bit more than just stick it behind picture frames. I really have no ideas as I have never had any before!

A mini wreath, maybe for a table decoration (get a red pillar candle)

NCbirdy · 30/11/2008 17:07

Mercy, how would I do that? Weave the stalks together? Wouldn't it need to be watered?

See, I am useless at this kind of thing!

I made a door wreath a couple of years ago.

I bent a wire coathanger until it was an approximate circle, wound loads of ivy round it and stuck some short holly branches into it, plus some dried red pot pourri flowery bits I had. You could always buy a small oasis ring. Bits of conifer are good too.

For a mini wreath I would use some wire (dd has some for making jewellery) and similar bits to the above. Get a fat red candle and plonk it in the middle of the wreath!

Btw, I am not arty crafty, I just like having a go and my efforts have that very amateurhomemade look about them.

Stick the mistletoe on a pair of deelyboppers.

Go to your local.

Get hammered.

Erm that's all I can think of!

Thanks mercy, I will try it out, I am not holding my breath but at least I can say the children made it if it is too bad

ChukkyPig - that is a very good idea
