ours was a bird table

d was about 4 and ds 2 and i thought "wtf" but is was a huge hit.

they would sit for ages at the window and watch what was going on; if there were no birds on it when i 'needed' them to be i just put on some nuts and along the came and entertained

you?

was a birthday present, but ds1 was given Junior Monopoly this year. I thought it was a ridiculous idea and that at 5 he had no hope of enjoying it. But he loves it, and plays it loads!

One of those magnetic drawing boards from the 1 pound shop for DD1 then 4 yo. I had to get another one for DD2 then 1yo as they fought over it!

My mum bought a hideous talking cooker thing when we went on honeymoon (not xmas I know) - 3 years later both children still play with it every time they are round there

It might say summat like that - a freaky american accent and a microwave that makes popcorn. The eyes move like it is possessed too!!!

Aitch · 29/11/2008 23:22

yes, that's the fella! i like it cos it's tiny compared to most cookers. you can by them for about ten pence on ebay.

Baby Tad. DD2 got it for Christmas last year from her Grandpa and his wife. She ignored it until 3 months ago. Now it goes everywhere in the house with her. She loves it, I don't.

mum got it for summat like £10 from asda I think. Batteries have never been changed
