Ooooohhhh yes I could just buy him a strap - well that would raise a few eyebrowns on xmas morn!

Noooo if I bought him that book he would laugh and bet me that I couldn't keep if up for more than a week - which unless a huge pressie was involved would be true!

A chrome cover for his battery box. 50 quid for a square bit of shiny metal with a bracket on! But it's the only thing he really wants. ( for a motorbike BTW, in case anyone thinks it's for his duracells )

SmallShips · 25/11/2008 19:23

New mobile, pair of trainers and the new Live Lounge CD.

Othersideofthechannel · 25/11/2008 19:32

I don't know yet.

He wants one of those clocks that wake you up gently with a fake sunrise that lights up the bedroom gradually over the space of 2 hours but I know that it will wake me up ridiculously early after 2 seconds and I don't love him that much

nappyzonehasastroppytoddler · 25/11/2008 20:10

So far i have got my dh a mini helicopter so he can fly it round the room and annoy everyone, a money box that adds up all your loose change (so i can then spend it and a box of jaffa cakes - who said romance was dead!

asdmumandteacher · 25/11/2008 20:14

we are treating ourselves to a new hallway carpet (ah the romance!) The carpet we have at moment is horrible granny red colour circa 1978

milge · 25/11/2008 20:14

50th anniversary box of lego ( the one with the gold brick)
Clinique for Men face stuff at huge expense, because he is so vain.

TheArmadillo · 25/11/2008 20:15

dp has got

3 books on wine/beer making from charity shop (the older the book the better it tends to be) - 1 using tinned fruit, should be interesting (and I use the term loosely )

bottle of rum (and I've stocked up on frozen cherries, which he likes in it instead of ice cubes)

cheap and nasty sweets - the more additives the better, if it's not glowing then he's not interested. (his fave)

a nice little pot thingy ona little stand with chequerboard pattern for his dice (also charity shop)

we promised to cut down to minimum this year. SO I went a little over the top .

Never mind

TheArmadillo · 25/11/2008 20:21

ok now I've read the other posts.

Mine seems surpisingly meagre in comparison.
