Ideas for a baby secret santa please!

I have to buy a secret santa pressie for a 10 mo girl who pretty much has everything & am in need of inspiration! £10 upper limit. Was thinking book or some kind of toy? Any unusual (but easy to find on the high street - I work full time!) ideas gratefully received!

First toothbrush and toothpaste?
Fluffy towel?
Item of clothing, eg. Christmas jumper?
Books M&S have some nice baby books in their 3 for 2s.)?
Cider?
