Does anyone know anything about Santas train ride as Crossford?

Had a look at the New Lanark thing, but tbh I think it would be wasted on ds as he is only 18 months?

Geordie!!! Your DS is never 18 months!!!

How time flies!

I'm good thanks, how are you?

Lovely news about Vio.

Trixy - you are friends with one of my friends on Facebook - Gillian?

Are you working at the moment?

How old is B now?

Hi - I wondered about the Crossford one too. DS is just over 2. I'd be keen to see a review?

p.s. Small world - I think I know which Gillian you're talking about. We went to her classes too

I hav seen a few reviews - some not so great, but I think they mostly had older children. I think for tots the crossford would be fine - ds would just be happy with the train ride.

Probably is same Gillian and her sing and sign!

Whereabouts are you Rip?

Did I hear cake being mentioned?

There's also Mrs Claus at Pollok House. There's a lady on the door (who looks suspiciously like Mrs Claus in the photo) who keeps telling us about it when we go for a coffee in the cafe there. End November till Xmas I think.

Frasers is great ive took mine there every year you go on a sleigh ride then through a magical forrest to see him you get a great pressie and photo for about £6 which i remember its really good but you need to phone and book a slot as really busy.

We're off to see Santa at New Lanark this year :) We've been to Corssford before and that was quite good. Frasers is OK in theory but you go in groups and the people we were in with were a nightmare Angry

'tis a small world - I went to Sing and Sign with (?THE) Gillian, and hail from a place with many roundabouts!!!

The Hillhouse in Helensburgh are open 3 and 4th Dec , also 10th/11th Dec. You pay a donation to visit as it's National Trust property then the kids get to visit Santa or Mrs Claus for only £2 . They also have a craft workshop where the kids make their own crackers ! Again £2. All this is done beautifully with the volunteers showing patience towards young children, would thoroughly recommend.
