Blinkin' thing. DD aged 3 is adament that she wants this from FC. What's annoying is Woolies are advertising it at £7.49 but none in stock anywhere or even appearing in search on website. It was £8.99 in Argos till midnight last night, now they have it in stock for home delivery only at £11.99 plus a fiver delivery charge. Aaarghh! Anyone seen it anywhere cheaper please?

ooh also could get it at John Lewis for £11.99 and ask for price match, which they do, but does anyone know if they will say it doesnt apply if other price is a special offer?

TIA

thritbies · 19/11/2008 13:59

Thanks! At least I have some time, but begrudge paying the higher price when they are claiming to sell it for less!

thanks gualaupe - went on JL website to look for helicopter and saw hide and seek pig on offer for £22.45 (nornally £30) Hattie loves playing hide and seek and loves peppa pig so email MIL and she said order it and she'll give me the money on Friday when I drop the girls off before work she is going to love that!!!

Guadalupe · 19/11/2008 19:44

Oh good. We are new to peppa pig but ds loves it, and helicoptors too so that's a bonus!

eandh · 19/11/2008 19:46

Ellie had a huge Peppa Pig phase so we have the house, car, train, playground and mil bought ellie the rocket for xmas (she is desperate for that). We also have loads of PP clothing (inclusing the cutest wellies)

Laughalot buying Hattie the Peppa pig bath set or bag (depends whats in stock!) for her birthday

Guadalupe · 19/11/2008 19:49

Blimey, you have the whole village! It is funny, the snorting between talking makes me laugh.

Chirpygirl · 19/11/2008 19:52

I saw a few in my mothercare yesterday for 14.99, MIL was hassling me about going to woollies to get one for dd1 but I am Peppad out!

eandh · 19/11/2008 19:57

we do have an obscene amount of stuff but to be fair she got the house/car etc last year for birthday and xmas and has played with them weekly for the last 15/16months so money well spent. In fact Peppa Pig was my saviour when I was 7/8months pregnant as I could put the DVD on and they'd be silence for at least 30mins!

Chirpygirl · 19/11/2008 20:10

I'm with you eandh, MIL just got DD the christmas dvd as a reward for potty training it lasts 60 minutes!!!!

thritbies · 19/11/2008 21:03
