if so, is it worth the money? Thinking of buying it for ds xmas gift (almost 3) but it seems expensive

No i havnt, but i may do. My ds is too and always wrecking the wooden ones at school and he runs off with the pirates. My eldest ds had a wooden one but youngest said ds is a monster and got all the ropes so knotted up thats its not up playable. This one looks alot more durable. Has ElC got anything similar as you can usually get discount off them.

we had an little tykes one and that has had hours of play this one looks far superior to that and im sure will give equal amounts of play and fun.
