She's SO happy!

And not only does she have lines to speak but she also gets to cosy up to Joseph, who will be played by the swoony American boy in her class.

cazzybabs · 14/11/2008 20:36

dmo · 14/11/2008 20:39

deff darked haired

SoupDragon · 14/11/2008 20:40

Not a proper blonde? Do you dye her hair then??

Lizzylou · 14/11/2008 20:43

Mary had dark hair

gillybean2 · 14/11/2008 20:44

Maybe she meant she's an improper blonde!? ;)

gemmiegoatlegs · 14/11/2008 20:44

I think VanParody is poss referring to the way it always seems to be the blonde who gets the starring role my ds is a king and very happy. I asked dd what she was going to be. She said "a princess. with a crown"
I was slightly dubious, and even more so when she said Isabel was going to be a witch and Max will be a vampire! She is 3 btw

PortAndLemon · 14/11/2008 20:45

gilly/cazzy -- it's a reference to some other recent threads alleging that the part of Mary (allegedly) always goes to a cute blonde girl even though she wouldn't have been blonde.

ItsAllaBitNoisy · 14/11/2008 20:47

She's not even a blond? Pffft...

ITS A FIX!!!!!!!!!

Who'd ya bribe then? Go on, spill...?

BCNS · 14/11/2008 20:50

she slide she scores!!... yay!!!! congrats on getting mary part!!

VanessaParody · 14/11/2008 21:22

Ah! Port&Lemon knows her mumsnet lore.

DD1 used to be blonde but her hair is getting darker in her old age (7yo). So she's neither blonde nor brown. There are a good number of golden blondes and a couple of white blondes in her class. I believe they will be stereotyped angels.

Hmm, haven't noticed any such bias at our school. We had a very dark haired angel last year, and he was a boy. Course the joke was that he thought he was signing up to be a hells angel and had a leather jacket on over his white robe!
