I have an easy chocolate fudge recipe that makes loads. will see if I can find it

Fudge v difficult to make I think, because of the very high temperature it has to reach - why not do choc. truffles instead? Far far easier.

Ohh yes, I'll tell you mine if someone tells me a non chocolate one.

This is a good food mag one to do with children.

170g evaporated milk
450g golden granulated sugar
125g butter, cubed
1 tsp vanilla extract
100g plain chocolate

Line 18cm square tin.

Evap into saucepan, add 4 tbsp water, sugar, butter and vanilla extract. Gentle heat, stire constantly till sugar melted. Set timer to 10 minutes and turn up heat.
Continue to stir constantly, will turn darker, take off heat once timer goes off, add chocolate and mix v well. Tip into tin. Leave to cool completely.

Now Ive not cooked it, so cant comment on it, but it seems very similar to other recipes Ive seen.

I've made this a few times and is lovely but you really need a sugar thermometer.
