how to transform a child's drawing onto a Coaster, mug etc - who does this?

Was passing through someone's house the other day and they had been given a set of coasters on which was I guess a scanned image of of one of their nephew's drawings.. Fab idea.. does anyone know where I can buy the same? I know websites where you can get photos but what about drawings?
