Do I freeze mince pies BEFORE baking or after?

& if I freeze before, do they have to be defrosted before going in the oven?

& if I can do either, what tastes best?

I think I would cook them first, let them cool and then freeze. Defrost when needed and then just warm up

Thanks Sunshine. That way I can bake 'em all in one big batch rather than put the oven on lots of times.
