Sorry to be a true twonk but, um, please could you explain to me in Noddy language - how do you do it?

Presumably, the idea is that you keep the list on line so that you can alter it as each year goes by?

Does it therefore involve mail-merging (horror emoticon)?

Anyone got any tips please? I'm trying not to be luddite but my woeful technical skills are holding me back ...

in Word
got to TOOLS
then LETTERS AND MAILINGS
then ENVELOPES AND LABELS

it'll open up a box
choose the type of label you'll be printing on (eg Avery STandard 5660 address)
then click NEW DOCUMENT
it'll format the page so you can just type in all the addresses in teh right format. just save them as a word document and you cna use them again and agian!

Oh thanks so much Purplesmonkeydishwasher - really appreciate that - had got up to the point of selecting the Avery label but not beyond! Hadn't twigged about "new document"!

Going to try it right now ....thanks again ....
