Home-made sweets that can be made 2 - 3 weeks before xmas

I believe (I could be wrong) that fudge needs to be eaten reasonably quickly (I saw recent thread about possibly freezing it).
Anyhow, my plans of making fudge are therefore out of the window! I want to make some sweets for family members from DS, but due to travelling/DH off work christmas week etc, I want to make about 2 - 3 weeks before christmas.
Does anyone have any ideas/recipes?
Need to go and get DS up, but will be back on in a bit ...
Thanks muchly!

You can make tiffin ages in advance, it just keeps in the fridge. Haven't got a recipe to hand but am sure there are plenty to be googled.

Peppermint creams and marzipan fruits. Both keep for ages.

fantastic, thank you.
i could try thinking of things other than fruits to make (such as a christmas tree marzipan, but that could go horribly wrong and just look rubbish
thanks for ideas
