what will happen to the letter?

I made DS and DSD write their santa letters today and they insisted on them being posted in post box. i put stamp on and addressed to santa
lapland
SAN TA1

will the post office open the letter? will it get binned? will santa really write back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You should get a letter back from Santa. Mind you, one year, DS1 didn't get a reply but DS2 didn't.

Royal Mail do do something with the letters. I work there and see alot of them, they're very cute
