Anyone know how to make those pretty bottles with the flavoured oils in ?

Do you know the ones I mean?

You see them in Waitrose, John Lewis etc with chillis or herbs in.

I wondered how easy this would be to make for Christmas presents as they look so attractive but are so expensive to buy.

Any help?

Never done it, but surely you can just buy a normal bottle of extra virgin olive oil, take the label off (I'd suggest decanting oil, then leaving bottle in hot soapy water to get rid of label). Dry bottle thoroughly, put dried chilles (fresh may go mouldy), some black, white and pink peppercorns, or long lengths of rosemary or whatever into the bottle. Maybe a handwritten label/some sort of nice cellophane wrapped with ribbon?

I think I'll do that now!
