Could anyone please reccommend a good game for us to get DD nearly 7 for Christmas . We have Brain Training, Disney Friends,
Hamsterz 2 & Nintendogs. Any suggestions would be much appreciated . Thanks .

Slight Hi-Jack
Can anyone recommend DS games for a 29yr old Mum of 2 (aka ME!)?
I've got Brain Training, More Brain Training, Scrabble, Tetris and Sims Castaway.

MaryBS · 04/11/2008 19:24

Mine loves Cooking Mama, HSM, and Pippa Funnel

I want to buy a DS just to have that new game Mr Doo-Dah and his magical doo-dahs

(cant remember the name but its something like that and looks like a brain training type of thing and looks great)

Animal Crossing is the best!!! Hilarious (for adults overhearing their conversations about it), and all about lovely stuff like growing fruit trees etc - makes even a very stuffy anti-DS mum like me delighted to hear them play it!!!

Many thanks for all the suggestions - off to look them up on Amazon .

BTW - had an email yesterday (?) from Argos re discount on DS games - did not read properly but might be worth checking out?

RomanCandleQueen - Professor Layton and the Curios Village (just come out here, got ours in the stats in March, but it's excellent).

SoupDragon · 08/11/2008 13:40

RomanCandleQueen, a friend is enjoying Soul Bubbles (I think that's what it's called) and I'm currently trouncing the SmallDragons at Lego Batman Lego @Indiana was fun too.

"you can get the games for free" Free but most likely illegal.
