What do i buy my almost 3 yo DS for Christmas?

He likes:

tractors
cars
fire engines etc

but has all those already,

Am getting him a new bike for his 3rd birthday in May but what could i get him for his main Christmas pressie?

Our ds was nearly 3 last christmas and we got him a playmobil pirate ship which he loves!

ds has (that I know of)

leap pad thing - but not sure which one
thomas torch/light thing
loads of dressing up stuff
wooden 'villiage' and train set
couple of big trucks.

and some musical instruments.

he's 2.10 m come xmas, they're from family as well, I think DP is getting him a pirates ship as he's into pirates big time atm,

DS 2 1/2, likes the same as yours, plus wooden train track, like Brio and puzzles.

my ds is three......his favourite, most played with toys are his Thomas train set (on offer in Woolies at the moment i think), and he has the Playmobil Pirate ship which he absolutely loves.
We've bought him a toy work bench/tool set from Woolies, i know he will like it as he plays with one similar at my friends house.
