I have started to ask friends what their kids want and have given friends and family ides for things to buy mine.

The 2 eldest are 7 (SN's) and 3 at the end of the year.

So far I have either bought or asked for

Tickets to a show - Sleeping Beauty ballet or Cinderalla show at Shaw theatre or The Snowman

Some playmobil (the swimming pool, playground, ice-cream palour)

a globe and a chuildrens atlas

a 4d head & torso anatomy puzzle and an inside your body book

first encclopedias

a ballerina and a princess barbie each

a 3 wheel mini micro scooter for the 2 yr old

a personal CD player with singalong microphone from ELC for the 7 yr old

Links or Thomas Sabo charms for their Links charm bracelets

a personalised football top for DD1

glittery, sparkly shoes for dd2

DVDs for DD1 (Kung Foo Panda, Wall-E etc)

And then I've also got them some stocking fillers, new Xmas DVD (beauty & Beast xmas special story thing) and a new Xmas book (grinch who stole Xmas) and of course the PJ's!!!

We got that playdoh ice cream thing the other day. Tad isappointed! Hard to get it to come out all whirly, needs adult to push it won. not sure it's so great tbh

The playmobil circus thing though is fab, my friend just got it for her son's b.day and I added to it and it's lovley.

Thats ok, it was recomended by someone on the SN board, Dd2 loves building things and as she has ASD she does'nt realy play with toys (just puzzles and building blocks). They look great.

ds is getting playmobil construction sets; lego crane and small star wars lego. I might ask grandparents to get my first scaletrix. I think db is getting him the 2 for 1 disney dvds from woolies.

dd - Db is getting some disney princess puzzle. Possibly a Girls World, tbh I'm completly stuck. The only toys she plays with are her dolls and she has 3 of 4 dolls already and a nice pram.

Haven't got them yet (I never do any Xmas shopping before December ). Last years came from Pumpkin Patch. DSD loves her hideously OTT pretty party dresses and I noticed there were some nice ones in.... Woolworths of all places . I like Debenhams as well for T

The dress that L wore on Christmas Day is back in M&P this year! Not very original of them. I'll have a look in Pumpkin Patch, but I do favour frills and net skirts and the like. Poor L.
