Any ideas for a 4 month old?

I have been writing out ideas for the DSs for Christmas and am finding it hard to think of things for DS2 who will be 4 months old. I have looked at everything ELC and Mothrcare have online and we already bought the same things for DS1. I know he won't know he is getting presents or anything, but I do want to get him some nice gifts too. I did buy a pure wool shawl for his Baptism that I didn't realise was cream and not white, so I am going to wrap that up for Christmas instead, and a bible and a bear but that's all I can think of! Please help me think of something for the poor little mite!

You could get a rather nice book and write in it something about a first christmas, he wont play with it but it would be nice to keep.

My DS (and he already has an older sibling with millions of toys) will be 7 months so I've just been putting together stuff to make a 'treasure basket' (I found the idea on mumsnet, it's basically a low-sided wicker basket filled with household junk and natural objects for him to explore once he's sitting up}. On Christmas day I will give him things to open (ball, soft toy, cups, plates, socks - anything he 'needs' really) just so that he can join in!
Or what about something for when he's a few years older? Wooden noah's ark? Selection of classic books, Gruffalo, Pooh Bear etc, anything you don't already own!

My little girl was 4 months last christmas, i got her a lovely wind up musical box from trousillier (sp?) with a spaceman and rocket on it. It was great to put on while we got her ready for bed. board books are good too.
