Okay heres loads of ideas as my 15 year old daughter has a big ideas list....

  • the new ipod nano
  • Anything from Topshop, river island, Jack Wills (depending on style and all the other girly shops such as Warehouse, Jane Norman, H&M etc..
  • Moneys also nice apparently
  • Beauty stuff (nice hair stuff etc) from Boots, Superdrug, Lush and those kind of places. I know my dd would love a nice gift set from Lush.

-Benefit Make up although if your budget doesn't stretch that far I'm sure Rimmel Make up will also be appreciated which you get from Boots.

-Gift vouchers for above shops

  • If your dds are interested in animals you could arrange for them to sponser one, there are loads of places where you can do that. Local zoos do it or just search on google.
  • A day out at a spa's always nice
  • Gift vouchers for a shop and arrange a personal shopper to help them get a brilliant outfit.

-Itunes vouchers or cds (you'll have to choose these I don't know all your dd's music tastes!!

-Laptops for those of GCSE and A Level age, they do help and you can get them very cheaply now. Especially those Dell colour ones.

I'll ask her and tell you all if she suggests anything else!!

So far dd 1's only suggestion is a Killers CD.... AND it's her birthday 6 days before Christmas! Will keep an eye on this for good ideas. Dd2 hasn't come up with any ideas yet for Christmas or her birthday and that's 2 weeks away.

Cynthia32 · 09/11/2008 19:18

Oh yes also hair straighteners or curlers. Ghds are the best according to dd, she got these for her last birthday.

blossomsmine · 09/11/2008 19:46

GHD's, river island vouchers, benefit make up or barry m (cheaper!) body butter from body shop, cheap primarni pjs, those slipper boots, ds, george sampsons dvd(!) all the dance dvds i can get hold of, conical hair wand, big fluffy dressing gown, perfume, bag from topshop.................could go on forever!!

Decent make up and brushes. Invest in a good mascara, lip gloss...the basics. Stuff from Benefit.

Gig tickets to fav band 9especially if they are only £10 a pop, you can get 3 or 4 and they can treat their friends.

Bed linen that is funky and cool.

Fluffy snuggly PJs or shortie funky PJs depending on the girl.

Itunes vouchers.

Little cool things from Paperchase, funky stationary from paperchase.
