My kids adore very very soft clothing.
Please give me your best recommendations!
Could be leggings, pyjamas, hoodies, dressing gowns...
I've bought them M&S velour pyjamas previously but they won't like the current designs (Minecraft, football) and they don't go big enough for my older kid.
Sizes needed are 13/14 for the boy and 8/9/10 for the girl.

Thank you!

Primark have recycled polyester pjs. They're snuggly and warm although I hate polyester

My autistic DD needs very soft clothing but overheats easily so velour is out. I get her cheap soft pyjamas from Amazon (think the seller is Vlazom) so no cool designs but she has approved them as soft enough.

@IThinkThereforeIPaint M&S have added lots of new fleece style pyjamas to their collection - very reasonably priced too. https://www.marksandspencer.com/kids-fleece-leopard-print-pyjamas-1-16-yrs-/p/clp61248093#intid=pid_pg1pip48g4r9c1%7Cprodflag_Just%20Arrived

M ds likes really soft pyjamas and I usually get them in Next.

Sainsburys had some really soft pjs in recently

BestZebbie · 06/10/2026 21:57

Do they have to be soft and cosy, because Ive found that UV protective clothes are sooooo soft and silky. Extruded fabric not woven.

I am really sensory with clothes and need soft fabrics too! I like Amazon Essentials range on Amazon as they’re mostly 100% cotton. Sometimes there’s lovely soft pjs in TK maxx, or Boody online is great for underwear and pjs or loungewear.

Thanks all! Yes, looking for soft and cozy here.

Try M&S outlet as they have different designs and primark

TheFamousSix · 12/10/2026 21:20

Sainsburys/tu have loads at the moment, both boys and girls and unisex. Some v soft bath robes too

IThinkThereforeIPaint · 12/10/2026 22:35

Thanks! Need to find a big Sainsbury's... Live in inner London so most are the mini ones.

Depending on what bit of inner London I would say the one on the A406 (Chingford Low Hall) is best followed by the one on Green Lanes In Harringay.

Primark - my dd lives in their pj’s, fluffy leggings, fluffy tights…..

sinkcat · Yesterday 05:51

Oh and actually hollister had some really soft (but not fluffy) pyjamas last winter - they were a pink waffle effect.

vetprob · Yesterday 05:54

I have some DKNY pyjamas which are super soft. Got them in the sale at my local dept store.

Abercrombie and fitch. T shirts and hoodies are like clouds. And they don’t have flappy labels. Pick it up on the or online sale, Vinted or outlet. They wash really well and last for years.

DD is very particular about the texture of clothes and must have cosy fleecy pjs for winter and soft very light but flexible pjs for summer. Primark always wins, I’ve tried more expensive or high quality options but they never make her as happy as the Primark ones, though Peacocks had a great pair of highland cow PJs last year that met the bill.
