A thread for those having a small Xmas with their late teens/young adults

I am aware I may be the only one on here but hoping maybe there’s others out there. Looking for ways to make the day a bit more exciting. It will be me, dh and 3 dc 22,20 and 18. Youngest two are at university.

the excitement of Xmas has disappeared over the last few years and we seemed to have slipped into it becoming just another day. Would love to find some ways to make it a bit more fun again.

We have always had small xmaass. ..always tree /house is drowned in Xmas decs and transformed.
Music of course.
I keep presents going throughout the day.
Morning /and stocking.
Then on dinner table another one then after some more courses some more then after dinner our guest usually gives out his.

Keeps us ticking along with the exciiment .
Games obviously...film later ...
