Christmas day dinner ideas - not turkey roast

Looking for christmas day dinner inspiration. We dont want the usual turkey roast. Last year we had Porchetta which was lovely and want something different this year

Anyone making something that is not the usual roast turkey?

We like pork, beef and chicken

A few years ago we stayed home, the four of us. So we had ‘Christmas Day Sides’ for dinner. It was amazing.

pigs in blankets
apricot , pork and sage stuffing balls
roasties
mash
carrots
brussel sprouts
cranberry sauce
gravy

Because we didn’t have as much faff, each dish was perfectly cooked and I wasn’t left knackered. Was my favourite Christmas dinner in years.
