Ocado Christmas slots are live- get in there!

Yeah, managed to see the email last night and remembered to get on there and book my slot just now for the morning of the 23rd!

First time in the last few years I've remembered to do this in time before they all booked up. Last year I was on there every day until the middle of December before a slot came up at a suitable day and time- thought I might be joining the masses in Sainsubury's on the 23rd and fighting in the isles for the sprouts.

Feeling chuffed with myself this year!

I had an email earlier today that my slot goes live tomorrow, but I was just on the app and went to book a slot for next week and it told me the Christmas slots were live so I've managed to book mine for the 23rd already. So it's worth checking anyway if you've had the email.

That’s what I did. It didn’t actually say Christmas is open but when I went to book the normal way, scrolled to December and it was available.

my availability opened today and by 6am there was nothing after the 21st so no good for anything fresh. Having shopped with them weekly for 17 years I’m curious to know why they left my allocation so late in the week that there were no proper slots available.

I booked 22nd am at 6.30am @Vermin you must be in a popular area!

I take it all back. Phoned up and most excellent customer services found me a host of slots on the 23rd! He has saved me hours.

Got mine earlier this morning, 9am on the 22nd and there were still slots for the 23rd available in my area.
But Dh likes a good few days in the kitchen to prep so 22nd is perfect for us.
