Turkey Roasting Tin

Looking for recommendations for a really decent roasting tin - big enough for a sizeable Turkey (7-8kg), and robust so doesn’t warp in a high heat and is then wobbly when you’re making the gravy on the stove top, and must be induction compatible. Used to have a Mermaid Hard Anodised but now have an induction hob.

There’s a Tom Kerridge one on Ocado £40. John Lewis and Pro Cook have some too.

I picked up some dojo cookware in waitrose last week and have been impressed so far. Not sure the tin i bought would fit your turkey but there might be more. Not expensive either. Doesn't seem to be think enough to buckle. Never heard of it before.

*sorry not sure the roasting tins go on induction though.

I have a Dunelm one that does. Again might not be large enough though

I've given up on expensive pans as cant find any i like. I have wasted money on our place and circulon and many other this year.

Our Place does have a massive one but its too wide for most standard uk ovens (sits in my drawer as got it part of a pack and used as a tray when we have a bbq for kitchen to outsode transportation). So depends on oven size

We’ve been through many roasting tins and we’ve always warped them by using them on the hob. Even expensive Aga tins.
We’ve now got a masterclass deep roasting tin which we had from a local independent cook shop. It’s amazing, DH loves it. We’ve had it about 3 Christmases and always roast a 17/18lb turkey crown.
It has a non stick interior and has a plate on the bottom for the hob.
Found one here on Amazon, although our came with a roasting rack.

I really like Scoville roasting pans but I don’t know if they are induction hob friendly.
