So we have a large house and every year we host, last year sister in law threw a strop as we wouldn’t accommodate her son his new girlfriend and her child. Nephew is still with the girl so sil has decided that this year they will definitely be invited. She’s that sure of herself that she’s told her son ( this is how I know, he called me as he knows she’s batshit ). I’m telling her tonight there’s no room at the inn, we have an extra 2 already this year. I’m totally prepared for her flounce ( she absolutely will have a tantrum ). I’ve warned dh he will have to deal with her, she’s more than welcome but no extra numbers, she did this last year and said she wouldn’t come, changed her mind and was told sorry no can do, others had already accepted, I’m hoping she does the same this year to be honest.
