(Possibly German) site selling metal tealight holders with city scenes??

I definitely remember looking at the website and thinking I should remember that, but I've fallen at the first hurdle.

There were tealight holders with city scenes and also Christmas ones, I'm hoping it rings a bell with someone as in my head they will be perfect presents for this Christmas!

I googled to see what you might mean and there are quite a few results in various styles. So even if you don't find the shop you were originally looking at, there will probably be something similar on Etsy.

I remember seeing a link in one of the threads before Christmas to what you describe. Sadly can’t remember which thread, hopefully the original poster will see your post. If the same ones they were really nice. I wouldn’t mind having another look at them.

I got one for Paris on Etsy. It was really small and insignificant and faffy and I was annoyed it came from Europe as it didn’t make it clear on the listing. It is pretty when lit up though.

That's a couple of mentions of them being faffy, might have to ponder further 🤔

That site is amazing! Thankfully it's really expensive so I can't go too wild adding to my basket

I know, every year I buy a few baubles there. Must say, some of them are over 20 years old and still amazing, so it is really good quality. And they have spare parts, which is great as you do not need to replace everything then. Always deciding what I buy from this site or old worldchristmas.com in the USA. I collect animal baubles and they really have the prettiest.
